The National Federation of Roofing Contractors
What is the National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC)?
The National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC) originates from 1892 and is the UK's largest roofing trade association, representing over 60% of the roofing industry by value. NFRC has broadened its remit to cover all roofing types and disciplines, and seeks to speak as one voice for the roofing industry. The NFRC consists of eight regions, each represented on the Management Board and has over a thousand trade and associate members.
Why use a member of NFRC?
By using a NFRC registered contractor you have the comfort of guaranteed protection and quality.
-
All NFRC trade members hold comprehensive insurance cover and insurance backed warranties are available
-
Trained and reputable solar installation and heritage specialist roofers available
-
The FRA Focus Division, within NFRC, can now call on greater resources and appeal to a wider audience and thus provide greater value for money for all members
-
A formal complaints procedure linked to the Federation's Code of Practice
NFRC actively ensures that members offer high standards of workmanship and sound business practice through a strict code of practice and independent vetting procedure, including site inspections and adhering to the Government endorsed
TrustMark standards.
- TrustMark is the nationwide Government backed scheme to help consumers find reputable tradesmen to carry out work inside and outside their home. The National Federation of Roofing Contractors Limited is an approved scheme operator for TrustMark and together with the Government and other key bodies are working together to stamp out rogue traders in the roofing industry.
