The Painting and Decorating Association (PDA) is the premier trade and employers' association for painting and decorating contractors. It was established in the United Kingdom in 1894. In 2002, the British Decorators Association (BDA) merged with the Painting and Decorating Federation and the Painting & Decorating Association was formed.
