Data transfer is performed using a 256-bit SSL encrypted connections to ensure that all data is secure during transfer, and we encrypt all passwords and personal information. We store payment information securely, in a manner compliant with our payment provider SagePay. Our fully backed up hosting servers are protected by a state of the art firewall and access to personal information is strictly controlled.

By registering your details on the website, you consent to us contacting you via email, telephone or post, with relevant information pertaining to the services on our website. We will not share, trade or sell your information to any company or parties not associated with providing the services you sought on the website, unless it is with your consent.

You also have the right to update or change the information we hold about you at any time by accessing your secure area online and updating your information.

Xpert Find will use its database matches to forward details of your job requests to selected and suitable Tradesmen. Should Tradesmen express an interest in quoting for the Job then your personal contact details will be sent to a limited number of interested Tradesmen.

Xpert Find will make available ratings and comments from Customers in relation to historic Jobs to other customers and tradesmen as appropriate on it's website.
