Finding new customers
Simple registration process
The first step in finding new customers is to complete the simple registration process. We'll ask you to give us some basic information such as your trade (e.g. plumber, electrician, builder), job types you specialise in (e.g. bathroom installation, under-floor heating, conservatories), the distance you are willing to travel for work and how you would like to receive your job leads.
Easy access to new job details
Once you're registered, we email and/or text you as soon as a customer posts a validated job on our site that matches your specified criteria. If you're interested in quoting for any of the jobs we have sent you, you can choose to buy the job lead either by responding directly to the text or via your secure area on the website.
It is very important that you respond quickly if you're interested in the job. You'll only be able to buy the lead if you're one of the first three tradesmen to express an interest in the work.
Customer Contact Details
Once you respond, we'll immediately send you the full details provided by the customer, including their contact details.
It is then up to you to contact the customer at your convenience to discuss the job and agree how you would like to proceed.
The best way to answer a quote request is by contacting the customer fast! Whether you're successful in getting the job depends on your skills, any feedback displayed on the site, any previous testimonials or recommendations you have provided and, of course, your quote and the way you get on with the customer. In order to help our quality tradesmen build a good reputation and secure future work, we'll be asking our customers to give feedback after jobs are completed.
